Dr Andrew Horne is excellent , he’s very kind and understanding. Made sure I understood everything before leaving. As a very anxious patient he made me feel very at ease. Even the staff on the reception desk were lovely and professional.
It has been over 2 decades since I have been to a dentist, and was hoping they would be able to make good, the neglect brought about by such a long absence. I was not disappointed the friendly and professional staff made for a calm and efficient experience on what is, the 'first two', of five visits, and the whole experience has left me amazed at how things have changed in the manner of new techniques and communication with the client. All in a super positive way. I am genuinely looking forward to my next visit, which is admittedly, an odd thing to say about a going to the dentist but, it is an indication of how impressed I have been with my visits. Despite relocating to Plymouth, I’ve continued with the practice because the pay-monthly options for private care are excellent and very affordable. This is especially valuable given how difficult it can be to access NHS dental care in Cornwall.
