We operate a strict 48 hour late cancellation policy. Any reason for cancellation with less than 48 working hours notice prior to an appointment with our dentists or hygienists will be charged in full. Whilst we are empathetic to reasons for cancellations, as a business that experiences a high number of short notice cancellations, specifically with hygienists, we must enforce this policy
