BRITISH DENTAL ASSOCIATION – CERTIFICATE OF MERIT FOR SERVICES TO THE PROFESSION 2019

Practice principal Andrew Taylor has been awarded a ‘Certificate of Merit for Services to the profession’ by the British Dental Association. It recognises members who have given special service at any level of dentistry either nationally or internationally and is reserved for dentists and other persons who have contributed to academic or other work in furthering the profession, or for individuals active in promoting advancements within the dental profession. Well Done Andrew!

I attended as a matter of emergency, not having an NHS dentist. I was able to book the appointment online and the dentist and all other staff were very good in putting you at ease. I would highly recommend this practice on the basis of the excellent treatment I received.

Extraction followed by insertion of new ceramic tooth. Katy Rowe was very informative and put me at ease throughout. The process was painless and I'm very pleased, so far, with the new addition to my teeth.........6 weeks later, today, had a review appointment with Katy and I am very pleased with the results and follow-up care.

Excellent experience. I am very, VERY nervous about going to the dentist but Brian was so kind, patient, and professional. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t absolutely terrified, but he made the whole experience so much more bearable. He did an awesome job on the replacement filling too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service along with very polite and helpful staff. The Dentist I saw (Brian Needham) was absolutely brilliant, again welcoming. He explained things in a great way and his love for his work shone through. Both himself and his assistant (I apologise I do not know their name) made sure I was comfortable, and were very diligent. I left feeling very happy with my appointment. Thank you very much to all at the practise.

Brian, the dentist, and his assistant were very kind and supportive. Brian explained exactly what he intended to do, and confirmed with me if that was ok. They were very considerate the whole way through an almost one hour appointment. Brian checked that I was happy with my tooth before I left. An excellent service.

I am a very nervous, anxious person, especially when it comes to the dentist. I was made to feel at ease, and Katherine my dentist was very friendly and professional, explaining what treatments will be required in a way I could understand. The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming, and the building itself was clean and modern. I would highly recommend this practice and am looking forward to my next appointment.

I always have a good experience on my routine check ups. I have been a patient here for twenty six years and I no longer live in Wadebridge, but I would not go anywhere else. Dr Needham is one of the best dentists I've ever had.

Just had to put another positive review on for this dentist. I have had many appointments these past few weeks with this dentist. Normally I would have been nervous attending any dentist but this one is an exeption.I would like to thank Andrew for his patience and understanding, he has been amazing and I have left today feeling fantastic.I mustn’t forget Claire the hygienist who also made me feel comfortable during my treatment.Well done also to the receptionists who are so professional when we the clients come in, such kindness and thoughtfulness in their approach.

My initial visit to this Practice having been on NHS waiting list for a while. The establishment is clean and tidy. well decorated and inspires confidence in itself, the reception staff are polite and helpful and the dental surgeon who saw me was a delightful lady who gave direct advice, was thoughtful and most reassuring.On my second visit for an extraction the surgeon was running a little late but I was made aware of this and offered another appointment if I wished. I chose to wait, and was treated in good time, still within my own appointment 'window'. Commendable and professional service.Visited for 2019 new year check-up and again the young lady dental surgeon was excellent, couldn't ask for better.Latest visit early February have had a displaced bridge reattached, once again the young lady dental surgeon was a model of professionalism, absolutely recommended.
