Andrew Horne: GDC 71889

Andrew qualified from the University of Bristol in 1996 and has enjoyed caring for patients for almost 30 years. After many rewarding years running his own mixed NHS and private practice in Bristol, he is delighted to be beginning an exciting new chapter with the team at Wadebridge Dental.

Andrew enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, comprehensive treatment planning and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. His early career as a dental technician gave him a keen eye for detail and a lasting appreciation of dental aesthetics and restorative techniques, qualities that continue to influence his approach to patient care today. He remains committed to continuing professional development and is an active member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Gloucester Independent Dentists Study Group.

Outside dentistry, Andrew enjoys keeping fit with regular gym training, walking with his wife and their miniature Schnauzer, Teasel, and spending time on the Cornish coast. Having developed a strong connection with Cornwall over many years, following his son’s education in Truro, Andrew and his wife are excited to make Cornwall their permanent home and look forward to welcoming both new and existing patients at Wadebridge Dental.
